Professional Indemnity Insurance
In accordance with the disclosure requirements of English and German law Bodle Law has professional indemnity insurance compliant with the requirements for an overseas practice under the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales and the requirements of the Law Society of Berlin (Rechtsanwaltskammer). Such insurance permits Bodle Law to provide legal advice on any matter under the local law of any EU member state and the UK.
